In this paper we will study the preferences of public transport users about innovative services that could be offered in the near future. Initially, an exhaustive list of potential services based on and experience from other European countries will be created. Then, public transport users' preferences for these innovative services will be measured using methods such as MaxDiff and Conjoint Analysis. The research will be carried out by creating a dynamic online questionnaire using the software of Sawtooth Software. The results of the study will be a useful guide for public service providers on what innovative services would lead to an increase in public preference for public transport.
