With the constant increase in the availability of information on the purchase or rental of real estate on the Internet, the diversity of Internet users and the complexity of web applications, there is a strong challenge to the general e-commerce approach. Does it make sense for an ecommerce application to buy real estate to display the same properties to users with different preferences?To address these kinds of questions, it would be preferable to develop a Multi-criteria Analysis Recommendation System for the purchase or rental of real estate, which will create a personalized search according to user preferences.The Multi-criteria Analysis Recommendation System for the purchase of real estate is a system that aims to provide an appropriate property proposal to the user, according to the needs and characteristics that the user wants to include. In particular, the user will enter the desired attributes into the system and then the system, through a multi-criteria analysis method and a web-crawler application, will propose the appropriate property to the user according to the features that user desires to include the property.The Multi-criteria Analysis Recommendation System for the purchase of real estate will operate in an online environment and will be deployed in Python and JavaScript programming language while data will be retrieved from special websites containing property ads.
