Μέσω της Ποιοτικής Συγκριτικής Ανάλυσης με ασαφή σύνολα (fsQCA) εξάγουμε τις αναγκαίες και ικανές συνθήκες για την ικανοποίηση των ασκουμένων στο ΠΒΚ. Επιπλέον, πραγματοποιούμε την ταξινόμηση των χαρακτηριστικών ποιότητας των υπηρεσιών που προσφέρονται από το ΠΒΚ σύμφωνα με τα τρία επίπεδα ποιότητας του μοντέλου Kano.
