Summary

In the context of the present postgraduate dissertation "Multi-Criteria Satisfaction Analysis of the Trainee of the Tank Simulation Center" a research was conducted which referred to the satisfaction of the trainees from the training provided by the Tank Simulation Center. Specifi-cally, this research focused on staff regardless of professional experience, grade, age and gender with the ultimate goal of extracting the level of satisfaction of the trainees and finding the points of improvement of the Simulation Center. In the first phase, we define the theoretical background of the Satisfaction in Education and the Methodological approach of the MUSA Method, the sample and the main objectives of the research were determined. In the second phase, all the steps of the survey design process were followed exactly, which is - among other things - one of the main stages of the implementation of a satisfaction meas-urement program. Next, a questionnaire was developed through which the required data were collected. After the data collection process was successfully completed, the results were extracted through the MUSA program, a multi-criteria satisfaction measurement method, which was chosen to be applied in the present research. The results of the trainees' satisfaction are ana-lyzed in more detail, conclusions are drawn and suggestions for improvement are presented.
