Summary

The aim of this thesis is to structure the business plan of the oldest manufacturing company in Greece. Beginning in 1850, the company has been actively a major part of Greece’s alcohol industry till this day. The company’s core focus is the production of various alcoholic beverages and distillates. At first, the business plan will be clearly analyzed from a theoretical standpoint, focusing on its structure and main principles. Then, an evaluation of the company’s working environment, both internal and external, will be completed, as well as its product strategy, marketing and management plan. Special emphasis will be given to the financial part of the project. More specifically, all the relevant financial tools that aim for a successful business plan, such as the analysis of the company’s existing financial situation, the break-even point analysis, estimated profit and loss and budgeting, will be included. Finally, future collaborative business opportunities will be presented and how they will potentially shape the future of the company.
