The Taxisnet information system is the most well-known and most widely used means of e-government. Its most frequent users are the accounting firms which handle an extremely large number of tasks of both citizens and companies. Based on the service of the needs of their customers, they come in contact with all the services offered by Taxisnet. They are therefore the most appropriate team to evaluate it and to express their satisfaction for the services provided. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the integrated Taxisnet tax information system by this most demanding group of users. The research process was carried out by developing and completing a special electronic questionnaire measuring the satisfaction of accountants from Taxisnet, on a series of criteria such as Design, Completeness, Functionality, Information, Quality, Safety, Support and Overall Satisfaction. Upon completion of the research and collection of answers, the results have been analyzed using data analysis methods, multi-criteria decision analysis, data improvement and mining diagrams. Finally, with the conclusions of the research, its weaknesses will be captured and improvements will be proposed. To complete this paper, our survey lasted from December 2020 to February 2022, and a total of 950 accountants participated.
