The internationalization process of an organization or a business is inescapably related to the issue of its continued expansion into a range of foreign markets. The specific expansive process will bring to the enterprise a network of drastic changes in relation to the way the basic business functions are carried out by enterprise .The subject of the present work concerns the investigation of the effect of the parameter of internationalization of the activities in which a business is carried out with the question of the mode of operation and management of the human resources department of the business.
