Summary

This thesis analyzes the business plan of non-existing dairy and cheese industry in regional unit of Heraklion, Crete. In this particular study, the viability of the business and the investment is evaluated in terms of its belonging to Development Law N.4399/2016. The purpose of the affiliation is to subsidize part of the investment costs, resulting in the establishment of the industry in question. In the following study, the analysis of the sustainability of the sector is described of cheese and dairy products. The study includes the technical dimensions, the distribution of resources, the employment plan, the ten-year forecast of production and its cost.
