This diploma presents and emphasizes the importance of energy reserves in the Eastern Mediterranean. We are also trying to look at how these reserves can play a key role in supplying the European Union with energy resources, talking about an EU that has been in trouble for many years and is constantly looking for new ways to expand its suppliers to secure its energy safety. We will still note the geo-economic importance of exploiting these resources.
