Big Data Analysis on information from the internet is the contemporary and most reliable way of forming customer behavioral patterns, as well as classification and clustering of customers and businesses.In this thesis, data from tourist rating websites were collected with web crawling methods, with specific targeting on Greek and competing regions. User ratings and reviews were targeted with more importance. On the whole total of the collected data, we applied Multi Criteria Analysis methods, data mining and text analysis with the aim of analyzing and predicting customer behavior. Finally, we present our conclusions, suggest ways of clustering the market and the strategic enhancement on specific criteria based on competition.
