Public enterprises and organizations are undoubtedly an important part of the state apparatus of each country. The purpose of this thesis is the audit and evaluation of pure and mixed Public Enterprises and Organizations, both in Greece and Estonia, using financial indicators and multicriteria analysis, in order to draw conclusions that can compare the companies of these 2 countries as well as to have a more comprehensive picture of their viability and future growth prospects.
