Summary

The real estate sector is progressing day by day as a result of both technological developments and changing needs of society. It is a domain that provides services. With the development of the real estate sector and the impact of technology, various digital marketing techniques have started to be used, which are replacing the traditional real estate marketing techniques.The subject of this thesis is the study of digital real estate marketing and the changes it has brought about in the real estate market. The aim of the paper is to study the already existing literature and to make a connection in the real estate marketing dimension, between traditional and modern marketing efforts.
