Summary

The master thesis aims to measure user satisfaction through social media with particular emphasis on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn. The first part refers to the analysis of basic theoretical meanings of social networking media. The second part is the research part, which analyzes the results of the research from 212 surveyed users in Greece, who actively use the social media from 11/2021 to 4/2022.The questionnaire was developed according to the multicriterion satisfaction analysis Musa+ and the processing of the demographic results was done through excel while satisfaction measurement for every social media combined with the five criteria was done through Musa+. For better comparison between the mentioned social networking media, it was necessary to measure total satisfaction for each media separately. The conclusions through relevant charts of action, improvement, criteria weights show which criteria users consider important for each media, which need improvement and which they are satisfied with.
