Summary

In recent years, wine tourism is one of the emerging forms of tourism that attracts more and more tourists and more and more businesses are investing in it.Wine tourism combines the activities of vine cultivation, wine production and tourism activities in a mixture that meets the needs of wine tourists for entertainment, education and knowledge.Opportunities to visit and tour wineries are a key part of wine tourism, which is a popular form of alternative tourism that adds significant value to the tourism sector. It generates an income for businesses in the sector and is also a means of promoting the wines produced, increasing their popularity and sales.In this thesis, the service of organized visit to a local winery will be examined and analyzed. More specifically, the main characteristics of the offered service will be analyzed and its analysis will be carried out with the help of the SERVQUAL model. Also, the way of managing the service offered by the winery will be presented and its evaluation will be carried out using a specialized questionnaire. The results will include the estimation of the difference (gaps) between the perceived and expected services based on the customers' opinions.
