Tourism is still considered the heavy industry of Greece and is therefore one of the main pillars of our country's economy. The main goal of the tourism sector is to offer services and experiences that will fully meet the needs of travelers. Therefore, choosing a hotel unit for quiet and relaxing holidays is an important issue for travelers. They are invited through huge and unstructured evaluations to choose the right hotel. The purpose of this dissertation is to develop a web crawler which tourist accommodation criteria such as category of hotel, scores of staff, facilities, cleanliness, comfort, value for money, location, wifi will be collected from search engine Booking.com, and apply a multi-criteria methodology UTADIS for ranking hotel units ,helping traveler to choose quickly and immediately which accommodation suits his needs. The analysis is carried out in 61 tourist accommodation in Crete.
